When news of the ‘event’ first came out in New York in February 2009, I was in shock and looked forward with anticipation of the comics that answered the question, who will Archie marry?
Versatile writer/producer and legendary Archie artist Stan Goldberg produced a stellar series that combined classic thremes, characters, celebrations, and memories beautifully. “The path less traveled” was a fantastic introduction into the storyline, and the conclusion was super.
I loved the book, and everyone at Walmart, comic stores, and my jobs did too. I hope it sold millions (or at least 100k). The compilation is exaclty what was needed for the collectors to keep their comics in perfect shape, and a great way to sequey into the trade paperback market.
